Reach out to candidates from the onboarding log. A welcome message uses an approved WhatsApp template, so it reaches someone even if they've never messaged the bot. A free-form update only reaches candidates who messaged within the last 24 hours — that's a WhatsApp rule, not something this page can work around.
Chat-only accounts for real employees/candidates trying the bot. These accounts can only use the "Try the Bot" tab — no knowledge-base edit access, no outreach. Share the username/password with them directly.
